Manager of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services. This position is responsible for the day to day operations and delivery of services based on the clubhouse model where individuals served are encouraged to be involved in all aspects of the club, including planning and running activities. The qualified candidate must be a hands on manager with 1-3 years supervisory and program development experience, preferably in a community based mental health setting. Masters degree in social work, psychology or related field and working knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation principles required.
FULL TIME
Maintenance Manager. This position will oversee and perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance of buildings and grounds on its small campus in New Haven. The successful candidate will have lead responsibility for clean, safe and orderly facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to simple carpentry and plumbing, painting, equipment troubleshooting, setting up and breaking down for meetings, moving furniture, assistance in getting quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors, activating and deactivating building alarms, and responding to alarm calls during and after work hours, supply inventory and purchase. The Manager supervises one Maintenance worker and must be a hands-on worker who can multi-task and perform a variety of building repairs. Driver's license and use of a car during work hours required. Hours: 9am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday
PART TIME
Supported Education Specialist. Part time position for new program that assists mentally ill adults to enroll and complete post secondary education. Job duties include supportive counseling, development of education plans, assistance with college applications and financial aid applications, outreach and service coordination with college disability offices. A Bachelors Degree with 1-2 years experience in a related field. Prior work experience with adults with special needs helpful. Spanish speaking desirable. Excellent driving record and use of personal vehicle required.

Residental Case Manager. Provide support services for mentally ill adults in independent housing. Counseling, information and referral, service plan coordination, some transportation and escort service. BA in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology required. Prior mental health service exp preferred. Must have valid driver’s license and use of car. Salary low $30,000’s with good benefits.

Case Manager for the CREST Center, a structured day program for adults involved in the criminal justice system who suffer from a chronic mental illness.
Responsibilities include:
Provide case management services to individuals in recovery from mental illness and substance abuse, who are involved in the criminal justice system.
Lead on-site recovery oriented groups.
Provide transportation for client appointments and community trips.
Build rapport with clients and provide support and skills training.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related area or Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience in mental health or criminal justice.
Must have a valid CT Driver's license and clean driving record.
Dependability a must.
