Meatless Mondays at Fellowship Place for Better General Health

Every Monday the Fellowship Place Kitchen encourages our clients to give up meat for just one day a week. Members are introduced to healthy fruits & vegetables they may not eat on a regular basis. This week the menu included Cacao & Fruit Smoothies (raw chocolate beans, strawberries, & frozen bananas, and nonfat yogurt) which are high in antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, protein, calcium and contain healthy probiotics.
