DESCRIPTION:Join a nature walk at Marsh Botanical Garden in celebration of Parks & Recreation Month\, focused on connecting with the outdoors to support overall wellness. Participants will engage in light movement\, mindfulness in nature\, and group reflection to promote stress reduction and emotional balance. Encourages physical activity\, grounding techniques\, and appreciation of natural environments as part of a healthy lifestyle.
