Being Servsafe certified means that you have sufficient knowledge about food safety to earn a certificate.  Servsafe certification is a credential many employers in the food service industry look for when hiring.  Each class will consist of reading the ServSafe Food Handler Guide\, watching videos\, and testing your knowledge.  Participants who attend all classes will be given a copy of the ServSafe Food Handler Guide\, have access to additional study materials\, and take the Servsafe exam paid for by Fellowship Place.  Participants who receive a 75% on the exam will receive the Servsafe Certification.
