Fellowship Place’s Supported Education program scores a perfect score on the CT Dept. of Mental Health & Addiction Services fidelity review.

Fellowship Place’s Supported Education program scored a perfect score– on the latest fidelity review by the CT Dept. of Mental Health & Addiction Services. The program was rated on 11 domains: Philosophy, Overall Team, Client Eligibility, Program Preferences, Educational Assessment, Goal Planning & Service Documentation, Congruency with Treatment Plan, Confidence and Knowledge Building Activity.

The Supported Education program provides counseling, education assessment and matching, and other support services to help individuals living with a mental illness return to school and complete an academic program.  In FY17-18 the program served 53 people and 91% of the people served successfully completed their academic term.  Congratulations to Sandi Sibilio, Director of Career Development Services and to her team Alexis Greenwood and Juno Dina.
