Full Time Maintenance Worker
Fellowship Place, a nonprofit mental health agency, is recruiting for a full time Maintenance Worker to care for several buildings on the agency’s small campus in New Haven’s Dwight neighborhood. This is an excellent position for all-around handyman looking for stable hours and benefits. Duties include cleaning offices, bathrooms, and common spaces; mowing lawns and other grounds work; painting; minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 60lbs, climb ladders & stairs.
Hours are 7:30am-3pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime.
Sal. $18/hour with medical benefits, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
