Permanent Supportive Housing
Fellowship Place operates four apartment buildings, which provide affordable housing and casework services for individuals with a history of chronic homelessness and/ or a psychiatric disability. Rents are subsidized by project-based agreements with HUD, the CT Dept. of Social Services, and the Housing Authority of New Haven. Residents pay only 30% of their monthly income for rent. There is no charge for support services.
