EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

Fellowship Place is recruiting for a full time Employment Specialist to assist individuals living with a mental illness, find and maintain employment. The position is responsible for providing evidence-based Supported Employment services. Specific duties may include vocational assessments, help with writing resumes, coaching for job interviews, outreach to potential employers, job matching, and post job placement supports. The position is also responsible for service coordination with clinical teams and other mental health service providers. Requirements include BA/BS in Psychology or Social Work, or AS degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in Supported Employment. Driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle during work hours required. Salary in the low $30’s with health insurance and paid time off available.
