Career Development

The Career Development Department at Fellowship Place provides prevocational and vocational services to help people with chronic mental illness develop the skills and confidence required to find and keep a job in the competitive marketplace. Services include on-site, paid internships in food services, and placement in competitive employment. Supported education services are available for those interested in returning to school. GED classes and tutoring are offered on campus through a collaboration with the City of New Haven Adult Education Department. Agency Staff are available to provide assistance with enrolling in post secondary education and job training programs.
