Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Fellowship Place encourages you to reach out and express support for anyone in your life who may be struggling with a mental health problem. This month is also a good time to tune into your own feelings and seek help if anything seems off. Taking care of your health means taking good care of your mind, body, and spirit.
