Join staff member Julia for a special screening of CODA, the Academy Award-winning film that explores family, identity, and the experiences of the Deaf community through the story of a hearing daughter growing up in a Deaf household. Following the film, participants are invited to engage in a thoughtful discussion on disability rights, accessibility, inclusion, and advocacy. Together, we’ll examine the themes presented in the movie and explore how disability communities continue to shape conversations about equity, representation, and social change. All are welcome!! This film will take place in Hald 1.
