Peer- Lead Wellness Activity with Lana
ClubhouseWednesday, January 10th @ 10am in the Art Studio Come join Fellowship member Lana and the Art and Emotion crew for a peer-run Wellness Kit activity. Lana will assist in creating kits for self-care including all of the five senses.
New Year’s Vision Board Making
Art StudioThursday, January 11th @1pm in the Art Studio Join Alyssa in celebrating the New Year by creating a ‘Vision Board’ collage to represent your goals for the New Year. We will use magazines and paper to create poster-style vision boards.
MLK Day Presentation
