Wednesday, February 14th @1pm in the Art Studio Join volunteer Deb in an expressive form of chair yoga focusing on opening our heart! Chair yoga is an adaptive way to get exercise, increase mobility, and practice some self-care! Give yourself a little love this Valentine’s Day with a special session of chair yoga!

 Wednesday, February 21st @10am in the Art Studio In celebration of Black History Month, we will be hosting a group that brings awareness to influential Black artists                         in history and their impact on the world of art. We will discuss and create an art piece dedicated to these artists.

Friday, February 23rd @ 10:30am in the Clubhouse If you are a Social Rehab Member, please join Charlotte and Recovery Advisors in the clubhouse to hear announcements, info about upcoming events and participate in the Monthly Raffle! Come with an idea you would like to share or an issue that you would like to discuss!

Friday, February 23rd @ 1pm in the Clubhouse Come dance your heart out with our very own DJ Phyllis! Watch the clubhouse get transformed into an energetic, safe space to enjoy music and spend time with peers. This is also a great form of exercise and expression!
