Wednesday June 21st @ 10:30 on the FP Green Join Julia B. in an adaptive chair yoga session to celebrate International Yoga Day! Chair yoga is a great way to bring attention and movement to parts of our body we may not always notice. Any ability level welcome!

Monday June 19th @ 1- 3pm in the McDowell Center Join Social staff for Wii Gaming in the McDowell Center. Playing video games on the Wii system is a great way to practice competition in a structured healthy way and a great way to spend time with your friends and have a good laugh!
