Fellowship Place the Recipient of a 2024 Pfizer Inc. Grant Award

Fellowship Place has been awarded a 2024 grant award from Pfizer Inc. in support of the agency’s Daily Meal Program, which addresses hunger and food insecurity for low-income adults living with serious mental illness who attend therapeutic activities on our agency’s campus.

Marcum LLP Accountants and Advisors Visit Fellowship Place for an Annual Day of Caring

Thank you to Marcum LLP Accountants and Advisors for including Fellowship Place in the company’s annual Day of Caring. Volunteers spent the day on campus helping our staff with a variety of projects. We appreciate their support during this busy time of year.

Fellowship Place receives 2024 grant award from the Petit Family Foundation

Fellowship Place is grateful to be the recipient of a 2024 grant award from the Petit Family Foundation in support of the agency’s Expressive Arts program, which inspires and promotes artistic expression as a therapeutic tool for adults living with chronic mental illness. The program offers a safe haven where clients participate in a variety of artistic forms of expression, including visual art, writing, and music.

Fellowship Place Halloween Monster Mash!

Happy Halloween! The “Monster Mash” at Fellowship Place was a fun extravaganza and just another way that Fellowship promotes social connections for our clients. A recent advisory by the US Surgeon General noted that loneliness and isolation may affect our mental, physical, and societal health. Fellowship Place promotes peer support and healthy relationships as core components of all programming at the agency.

Fellowship Place’s Dir. of Career Development Services joining forces with Yale New Haven Hiring Initiative

Sandi Sibilio, Director of Career Development Services at Fellowship Place, is joining forces with the Yale New Haven Hiring Initiative to bring information about career services for adults living with mental illness, to the community. An information session will be held 6-7 pm, Monday, Oct 2, at the Dixwell Q House, 197 Dixwell Avenue.
