Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Fellowship Place encourages you to reach out and express support for anyone in your life who may be struggling with a mental health problem. This month is also a good time to tune into your own feelings and seek help if anything seems off. Taking care of your health means taking good care of your mind, body, and spirit. For more information about mental health resources available in your community, call 211.
